Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

We offer free shipping, returns and exchanges worldwide with the couriers of our choice.


How can I track my order?

As soon as your item has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number. All orders can be tracked online via the link that we will send you. 


How much time does it take?

Upon placing your order, your products will ship within 2 business days (excluding pre-orders). Once your order has been shipped you should receive the order within 3 to 10 business days depending on your location (this does not include any delays due to customs).

 

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your package, contact us and we will arrange to have your order held at a nearby location for pickup.

 

Can I modify my shipping address?

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped. 


What if I refuse a shipment because I changed my mind?

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Ziggy Lloyd, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and brokerage fees that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Ziggy Lloyd. This amount will be subtracted from your purchase refund.


Import Duty & Fees?

If your order requires payment of duties and fees, you will be responsible for paying import duty and local sales taxes.
