Returns & Exchanges
Free Returns are offered on all purchases. Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your coat. Requests after this point will be denied.
We are proud of the high quality products we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on all Ziggy Lloyd products that have not been worn or have not had labels removed. Our return policy only applies to unworn items in their original, new condition.
Shipping for Returns is free of charge for one return per order. If a second return is requested, the cost of this shipment must be covered by the customer.
Returns on pre-orders (custom production) are accepted, but will be returned for store credit only. No refunds will be offered.
If the size you received does not fit you, we are happy to help you return your Ziggy Lloyd coat for store credit in order to reorder the correct size. To receive store credit for your exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping for Exchanges is free of charge for one return per order. If a second return is requested, the cost of this second shipment must be covered by the customer.
How to return or exchange an item
Our Returns & Exchanges process is automated and can be carried out online. To make a return, please click on the link here and submit your order number and email. You will then receive an email with detailed instructions on how to return your package along with a shipping returns label with the RMA number to print out. You will receive another email as soon as we have received your items, and when a refund is issued.
A full refund or store credit will be issued after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not worn and labels were not removed (within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the return). In the case of refunds, once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund. In the case of store credits, you will be notified by email once the store credit is issued (within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the return).
