ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. You can track your order online and will be required to sign for it, to ensure your order gets to you safely. For more information about shipping, please visit our Shipping page.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed via our website by selecting the item you want to buy in our Collections section. You can also email us at hello@ziggylloyd.com and we will be happy to assist you with your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Upon placing your order, your products will ship within 2 business days (excluding pre-orders). Once your order has been shipped you should receive the order within 3 to 10 business days depending on your location. For more information regarding shipping, please visit our Shipping page.
Do you accept returns?
Free returns are offered on all orders. For more information, visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
SIZING AND FEATURES
How do I know what size to order?
You can find your size by referring to our sizing guide here. The measurements refer to the measurements of each coat, which we measure by hand. To ensure you get the correct size, it would be a good idea to measure an existing coat or jacket that you like the fit of and compare the measurements. If you are in between sizes, we suggest going for the larger size. Each product also has individual fit information on the product listings where you can find out more specific information regarding the fit and sizing of that style. What are Ziggy Lloyd coats made from?
Our coats are made from premium alpaca wool fabric that is lightweight and very soft to the touch. We combine the alpaca wool with a small percentage of sheep's wool to make the fabric more durable. To find out more about alpaca wool and our other materials please visit our Craftsmanship section.
Where are Ziggy Lloyd coats made?
Our coats and jackets are all made and hand finished in Portugal in an atelier just outside of Lisbon by a small team of artisan tailors.
How do I care for my Ziggy Lloyd coat?
Alpaca wool is a very durable material and does not matt, pill or lose shape. It is also naturally water repellent so can handle any unwanted spills or light rain showers (however we don’t recommend going out in it during heavy rain). When the time comes to clean your ZL coat, it must be DRY CLEANED ONLY.
The coat I want is sold out - what do I do?
We work hard to manage our inventory and make sure we can have your desired size and model available but our coats are made in limited quantities. If the coat you like is out of stock, please contact us about a custom order.
